Delete your Kurobi account

In the app

Open Kurobi, tap your profile at the top of Home, then choose Profile → Delete profile and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away, and Kurobi clears its data from your device.

Without the app

Email a deletion request to kurobi@devcrafts.io. So we can find your account, include the email address of the Apple or Google account you sign in to Kurobi with, and say which one you use. If you chose Hide My Email with Apple, send the relay address listed under Sign in with Apple in your Apple Account settings.

We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We delete the account within 30 days of receiving the request and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your Kurobi account and the sign-in details Apple or Google provided: account identifier, name, and email address.
• Your profile: belt, stripes, onboarding answers, and preferences.
• Your training logs, chains, reviews, notes, transcripts, technique familiarity, practice preferences, and recommendations.
• Your SensAI chat history.

What is kept

• Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first under Payments & subscriptions in Google Play, or in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Purchase records: Google, Apple, and RevenueCat keep transaction records under their own terms and for accounting and legal requirements.
• Usage analytics and crash reports: PostHog and Sentry records carry only a Kurobi user identifier. They are kept until their retention periods end; session recordings are deleted after 30 days.
• SensAI requests: Anthropic generally deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days.
• Backups and requests: database backups that still hold your data are overwritten on their normal rotation, and we keep your deletion request email as a record that we handled it.

The Privacy Policy describes all of this in full.
